  • Prashant possesses robust knowledge of General Computer Controls [GCC] and Business Cycle Controls [BCC]. He has hands-on experience in IT-Systems/Internal Audit in SAP, SOX audit, and documentation. He has successfully overseen Compliance areas for IT, Finance, HR, Legal, and Administration.

  • As a qualified Chartered Accountant, Prashant holds certifications including DISA, CISA, CIA, CertIFR, and CBBF (Blockchain basic).
